store faq
What if I order a shirt and you're out of stock?
We usually don't do reprints for single shirts, so if yours is on backorder,
please try to make another decision. In the extreme case where we get a lot
of requests for a shirt that is out of print, we'll consider it. For those
of you that got one of a kind shirts and shirts of low production, kudos to you.
How long does it take to ship?
Usually 3 business days if we're quick. We ship things via USPS in our spare time and
try our best to be quick. It's rare case that you would even wait a week, but
sometimes these things happen if the shirt isn't on our hands and is at, for
example, the warehouse.
Why is it so expensive?
No really... you asked this question? Well if you still would rather pay $24.50 at
Urban Outfitters, our shirt prices (which range from $12-$16) reflect the
cost to us of producing low amounts of shirts as well as factoring in other
things like packaging. As a business, we are never making money (I can vouch for this).
Most of the
work is done out of my own, brandon's, and others' spare time just for fun.
I don't have paypal, can I use another payment method?
Paypal accepts all major credit cards whether you have an account with them or not. I don't see
why you couldn't. In rare cases, brandon and I accept cash but usually tell people to use paypal
to try to minimize loss.
You don't have ____________ shirt in my size, can you make it?
See the first question. Please let us know that you still want the shirt so that
we can make a note to possibly reprint it... however, one request won't make us
redo an entire design.
What if i want to return a shirt?
Because we don't have a lot of shirts to begin with, the resources to have stellar customer service
(other than casual conversation for X problem here and there), or the time, we cannot accept returns.
If you can exchange the shirt in person, special arrangements might be able to be made, but there are no
refunds.
What does this shopping cart use?
PHP4 and MySQL. All is handcoded by drew. The Paypal API is actually very easy, I suggest it
for anyone who needs to do this sort of thing.
